    Event Team Objectives

    This is the third year Caroline and her team have partnered with MyOhMy Events to deliver a seamless event experience. Before MyOhMy Events’ involvement, Caroline’s team managed all aspects of planning and execution themselves, leaving little time for engaging with attendees. By bringing in MyOhMy Events, Caroline’s team could focus on connecting with participants, while MyOhMy Events handled the detailed coordination and technical setup on the day.

    The Role of MyOhMy Events

    For Pharma Integrity 2024, MOME provided end-to-end coordination, including:

    • On-the-day management of all event operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
    • Recording and live streaming to ensure broader accessibility of the content and flexibility for attendees.
    • Technical support, including operating all audio-visual equipment throughout the day.

    Equipment Used

    MyOhMy Events arranged for and managed the necessary equipment to deliver a high-quality experience:

    • Two cameras for recording and streaming.
    • A 5m screen with a rear projector.
    • Mixing and sound mixing desks.
    • Zoom H6 recorder and Blackmagic ATEM for streamlined live streaming and mixing.

    Event Challenges and Solutions

    One primary challenge was hiring equipment locally in Dublin. However, MyOhMy Events leveraged its extensive network of contacts across Europe and the US to secure all equipment efficiently, ensuring no disruption to the setup or event day.
